Overwatch offers three different version of the same game, each increasing in price but for certain reasons. The first version is just Overwatch™, priced at $40. It's just the game by itself. Next in line would be Overwatch™ Origins Edition which comes with 5 legendary skins only available to those who bought the Origins Edition, priced at $60. Lastly would be Overwatch™ Collector's Edition, which is a copy of Overwatch™ Origins Edition along with an artbook, the game's soundtrack and a 12.6-inch statue of one of Overwatch's heroes, Soldier: 76
Overwatch itself is composed of 23 heroes each with thier own cosmetic, those being voice lines, skins and even victory poses. Each version of the video game gives players access to gaining a "Loot Box" every time they level, which is a random chance of obtaining these cosmetics. But if players just want to skip the time of leveling up, Blizzard offers the chance to buy these Lootboxes. Although it may seem like a lot of money for the first options, the more money that you are willing to spend on the Lootboxes, the more of a sale you are getting. Seasonal cosmetics such as a Skin as Santa for Christmas or a skin as a track and field star for the Olympics also are offerend in limited-time lootboxes.
